The Root Chakra is the lowest chakra and the foundation of all the other chakras. Its Sanskrit name is Muladhara. Mula means “root” and adhara means "support." It is the foundation of all the related chakras. We draw most of our energy from earth and the Root Chakra is the strongest of all chakras.
